Event Booking terms and conditions ( Please read this information)
1: You the event organiser is responsible for providing us with a safe 240 volt electrical supply( any damage caused to our equipment will be charged to the event organiser )
2: We require a minimum of 10ft x 12ft to set our studio and sales station.
3: We reserve the right to refuse guests who are thought to be drunk on to the studio.
4: The Event Organiser will give Andy Scothern Photography sole and exclusive rights in supplying our event photography through out the duration of the organised event. No other commercial company or individual will be allowed to either practice or trade in similar products and services (at the same time) as those provided by The Photographer and their agents. Any and all transgressions of the “Exclusivity Clause” by a third party will rest with the event organiser and as such they will be the ones who bear the responsibility. In this event, a penalty of £1000 would be charged to the event organiser by Andy Scothern Photography.

5:Cancellation once the Event Organiser has made a booking for a specific time, date and venue, The Andy Scothern Photography will not accept any other work from other clients for these times and dates. As a result, once a booking is made, if it is subsequently cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following schedule. When a event organiser cancels a booking within two weeks of any confirmed date a fee of £350 will be charged. When a event organiser cancels our services within one week of any confirmed date, an additional fee of £500 will be charged, in addition to the cancellation fee. This is to cover any costs already incurred.
